Customer Responsibility for Accurate Order Information Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery addresses at the time of purchase. The Company will not be held liable for any loss, delay or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. If a courier company contacts the number provided and it is incorrect, leading to unauthorized redirection or fraudulent receipt of the order, the Company bears no responsibility. We will, however, support customers in cases where the product has not yet been delivered and is still in our possession or with the courier. In such scenarios, efforts will be made to rectify the situation wherever possible. |
