What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
Note: Some orders may take longer than usual depending on the item’s size and weight, which may require special handling.

 

Delivery Fees
Free delivery is applicable on orders over IQD 150,000.
For orders below IQD 150,000, a delivery charge between IQD 5,000 - 6,000 is applied.

ORDER PICK-UP
Paid Order Verification for In-Store Pick-Up.
Customers must present Emirates ID, passport, or an equivalent valid ID for verification when collecting paid orders in-store.

 

CHANGING AND CANCELLING ORDERS
Once you’ve clicked the ‘Place Order’ button, no changes can be made to:
• Items or sizes
• Billing/delivery address
• Shipping method
• Adding additional items
If you made a mistake or wish to cancel, please follow the returns process.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the checkout. However, you may still contact us at +964-780-677-7773 for support if your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Product exchange is allowed within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Products may be exchanged only twice.
  3. The exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
  4. non-exchangeable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
    • Undergarments, socks
    • Ear plugs, swimming goggles
    • Mouth guards
  5.  Items must be in new, resalable condition, and in original packaging.
  6. If the repair period exceeds 15 days, the store will provide a similar alternative item.
  7. For electronic items, returns/exchanges are only accepted if unopened, unless defective.
  8. Customized/personalized products are not eligible for return/exchange.
  9. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  10. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s).
  11. It may take up to 5 to 21 days for the amount to be reflected in the original payment method used for the transaction.
  12. Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if the refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage to the product during the delivery process then the service and delivery charges are fully refundable.
  13. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged within 10 days, subject to inspection.
  14. Delivery delays may occur during public holidays or other peak periods.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Step 1: Ensure your request complies with our exchange policy:
• Is the product in original condition?
• Do you have the original receipt?
• Is the request within the allowed time frame?

Step 3: We will collect or exchange your item for a fee of IQD 5,000.

 

COMPANY RIGHTS
Order Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if:
• Payment is delayed
• The buyer fails to pick up the product
• There is an unresolved dispute related to a previous order

 

Store Pick-Up & Payment Policy
Reserved products for store pick-up will be held for a maximum of 48 hours. If payment is not made and the product is not collected within this period, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. (Applicable to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only)

 

Cancellations Due to Product Issues

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is:
• Found to be defective or damaged
• Unavailable in inventory
In such cases, if payment has already been made, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Refusal of Refunds/Exchanges
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for:
• Items unfit for resale
• Exchange requests made after 10 days
In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs will be charged accordingly.

 

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Order Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery addresses at the time of purchase. The Company will not be held liable for any loss, delay or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. If a courier company contacts the number provided and it is incorrect, leading to unauthorized redirection or fraudulent receipt of the order, the Company bears no responsibility.

We will, however, support customers in cases where the product has not yet been delivered and is still in our possession or with the courier. In such scenarios, efforts will be made to rectify the situation wherever possible.
